Anti-Aging Tips That’ll Transform Your Beauty Routine

I know ladies very well, when they see a glass door, they will make it as a mirror. Now, you can’t fool the mirror if we’re not looking any younger. What is the greatest benefit of aging? For all the negative thoughts and misconceptions about aging one thing that I love about that thought is the greater level of control over our personal lives. Higher happiness, fulfillment, and personal satisfaction. We heard you, you want to gain that experience but you don’t want to look old.

Here are some tips I could share with you:
1. Use a gentle cleanser to wash your face
Cleaning your face is important to remove the impurities, skincare product, and/or makeup that you’ve applied all throughout the day. Naming the natural skin oils, pollutants, and bacteria. Yikes!

According to a study, harsh surfactants in cleansers can cause damage to skin proteins and lipids, leading to after-wash tightness, dryness, barrier damage, irritation, and even itch. So? You’ll want to use a gentle cleanser. Cleansers with a high pH like natural soaps are very harsh and can leave your skin vulnerable to irritation and infection.

Do you need a toner?
Toners were developed in the past to restore the low pH of the skin after washing with a high-pH cleanser. If you’re using a cleanser with a low pH, then a toner is unnecessary. It’s much better to avoid damage in the first place than to undo it later!

2. Use a physical or chemical exfoliant
Studies show that old age will contribute to slow the pace of skin aging or reverse its effects. Dead skin cells aren’t replaced by fresh cells as quickly, which means your skin starts to look dull and uneven, and may even crack. Exfoliants are a great way to help get dead cells off your skin.

3. Pat, don’t rub, on your anti-aging serums
Serums contain a higher concentration of active ingredients than a moisturizer. The best anti-aging ingredients to look out for are vitamin A derivatives known as Retinoids.

According to a study, retinoids are very well known to influence a variety of cellular processes, such as cellular growth. As they increase collagen in your skin, it will also act as antioxidants to get rid of environmental oxidative stress that builds up the cause of aging.

Bonus Tip: You very well know that serums penetrate the skin more. Try using Cosmedix Refine Plus High-Potency Refinishing Treatment. It’s an intensive anti-aging serum with the highest concentration of retinol — which means, next level of enhanced results! Apply a small amount to freshly cleansed and toned skin as tolerated every 1-3 nights, working up to nightly use. Follow with recommended moisturizer. Protect your results by wearing sunscreen daily. Best Things To Do
Moisturize, moisturize, moisturize. With age also comes less sebum. While this means less chance of acne, it also means your skin will dry out more easily. One of the big reasons for fine lines is inadequate skin hydration, but luckily it’s easy to fix with a good moisturizer!

Use sunscreen, and not just for the beach — use it every day. According to a study, the daily use of a facial broad-spectrum sunscreen may visibly reverse the signs of existing photodamage, in addition to preventing additional sun damage, as tell, it can fade age spots, improve skin texture, and flatten out wrinkles by 20 percent in only three months.

Look after the rest of your body too. Self-care is more important here. It’s not about just treating yourself in the outside. Remember that what you intake will surely show on the outside.

Make sure you don’t neglect your neck, chest, and hands. Keep them covered in sunscreen, and no one will ever know your true age.
